hygiene, most economical, fully automized, hence optimizing pungent oil extraction at
minimum overheads and space. Thus, the following chart
is showing the process of mustard oil production:
That Cake contains approx. 10% Oil
which can be send to solvent extraction plant for
further oil recovery. If Solvent Plant is not there,
then it requires 1 or 2 crushing as per climatic
conditions.
